Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Processing Time
All orders are carefully handcrafted and prepared with care. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing and handling before your order is shipped. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Carriers & Estimated Delivery Times
We ship via USPS and UPS. Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- USPS: 3–5 business days
- UPS: 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping seasons. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Packaging
Each order is thoughtfully packaged to ensure your items arrive safely. As a handmade product business, we take extra care in preparing every shipment.
⚠️ Heat-Sensitive Products (Body Butters & Crèmes)
Our body butters and crèmes are made with natural ingredients that are sensitive to heat. During the warmer summer months, these products may soften or melt during transit due to high temperatures. We recommend:
- Choosing an expedited shipping option during summer months to minimize transit time
- Refrigerating your product upon arrival if it has softened — it will return to its normal consistency once cooled
- Being aware that melting does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product
We are not responsible for products that melt during shipping in warm weather, but please contact us if you have any concerns about your order.
